As a small team that processes all shipments and returns ourselves, we encourage conscientious shopping to reduce environmental impacts through wasted material and undue energy usage.
Our return policy:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from placement of your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, you must send us the item in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its unopened, original packaging. We do not issue refunds for any reason. Customers receive store credit for approved returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, final sale items, or gift cards.

How do I return an item?
If you'd like to return an item, please follow these steps:

Email Us: Send an email to support@hangnailz.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If we approve the return, we will respond with a unique return number.

Return the Product: Send the product back to us in the same condition you received it—unused and in its unopened, original packaging. Please note, the item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your approval. Send returns to:

Email support@hangnailz.com with your unique return number in the subject line and include shipping information and any tracking number if a return label has been generated.
Return Review: Once we receive and inspect the product to ensure it meets our return criteria, we will issue you a store credit. You will receive the store credit within 10 business days after we confirm the item meets our return conditions.
